Applicant must be currently active in the real estate profession and a member in good standing with the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®.
Applicant may not have been licensed in the real estate profession prior to their eligible year.
Award will be based on his/her first 12 months performance in real estate. Rookie shall be nominated within the year in which his/her first anniversary falls. Starting date for anniversary will be date license was received from the Real Estate Commission. To be eligible for this year’s award applicant had to receive his/her license between August 2, 2023, and August 1, 2024 will be based on the applicant’s first 12 months performance.
Nominations can be submitted by any active REALTOR® Association member or an individual on his/her own behalf.
Applicant deadline is Friday, August 7, 2026
Selection of ROOKIE OF THE YEAR shall be determined by giving special emphasis to each category as follows:
- 25% Transactions
- 25% Dollar Volume
- 25% Education
- 25% Board/Community Involvement
Transactions completed as an assistant will not count toward the transaction and sales volume criteria.
A cover letter for the Nominee must be included with the Nomination Form.

BASIC CRITERIA

25% Real Estate Transactions: You must have a minimum of five (5) total credits for closed transactions. (You must fill out the Resume of Transactions)
25% Total Dollar Volume Closed
25% Education: Include GRI, CRS credits and any courses seminars, etc. Please include dates of classes attended.
25% Association/Community Involvement: List community clubs or organizations to which you are involved, and how you are involved. List any Association Committees/Work Groups you serve on or chair. Please indicate whether or not you attend the monthly Membership Meetings.
