The recipient of the award will receive a $1,000.00 Scholarship reimbursement to attend a state or national REALTOR Conference. The recipient will need to provide receipts for travel, lodging and meals for reimbursement up to $1,000.00. LBAR will pay for the basic registration fee for the conference. The recipient of the award shall be required to attend a Board of Directors meeting to present a report on their leadership growth experience. Applicant must be currently active in the real estate profession and a member in good standing with the Loveland- Berthoud Association of REALTORS®. Applicant must have been licensed for 3-7 years. To be considered applicants must have sold a minimum of an average of 10 homes per year during their time in the business. Nominations can be submitted by any active REALTOR® Association member or an individual on his/her own behalf.
