  • The Distinguished Service Award will be presented to a REALTOR® who has consistently served the Loveland-Berthoud Association, has been active in the Northern Colorado community, has promoted a professional and ethical image by their actions and positive attitude. Nominations for this Award, together with their qualifications may be made by REALTOR or Affiliate members of LBAR and submitted on or before: Friday, August 7, 2026

    The Nominee for this award shall be a full-time REALTOR® who has given generously of their time, efforts, and talents. The following will be taken into consideration:

    • Service in the Northern Colorado Community
    • Service to the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®
    • Service to the REALTOR profession as a whole
    • Professional image/REALTOR spirit
  • The Selection Committee shall be the current Chair, Chair Elect, Past Chair and two members appointed by the Chair.

    All Nominees will be considered by the Selection Committee; however, in makings its selection on who shall receive this award the committee shall not be limited by those who have been nominated.

    Nominations will not be accepted without all necessary documentation about the nominee included with this form.
