IRES Class: IRESis Essentials

Join us for a grand tour of your MLS system!  This class will walk you through the basic functionality of IRESis and show you how to access important resources within the site.  Topics covered will include:  user preferences, performing a listing search, viewing, printing and e-mailing listings.  The Essentials class is designed for both new and veteran IRES users.  New users will find themselves set up for successful navigation of our robust system while seasoned subscribers will benefit from the best practices and updated system information. Ethical and Professional Practices of REALTORS-September

You voluntarily became a REALTOR®.  As part of this smart career decision, you are required to abide by the National Code of Ethics.  Over the last couple of years these Standard of Practice commandments have been emended to help maintain the integrity of the trademarked term REALTOR®.  This course will present numerous scenarios of ethics in practice.  This class will provide 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits and the cost is $40.00. NAR Ethics-September

This course provides a basic review of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. You will be presented with relevant data to develop an awareness of the new broker relationships and the ethical considerations each presents. This course satisfies the NAR mandatory requirement for membership renewal.  The class provides 3 hours of Continuing Education Credits. The Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® and NAR requires its members to take the class every three years. LBAR sends information to their members reminding them of this requirement. NAR Fair Housing-September

REALTORS are required to complete FAIR Housing/Anti-Bias training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline.  This NAR requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training.  Qualified training must be of not less than 2 hours of instructional time.  This requirement was implemented by NAR on January 1, 2025 and the current cycle 8 ends on December 31, 2027.  The class offers 2 hours of Continuing Education Credits.  Cost for the class is $25.00 Instructor:  David Powell Register for Class Online 2026 Fair Housing Flier/Registration
