This course provides a basic review of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. You will be presented with relevant data to develop an awareness of the new broker relationships and the ethical considerations each presents. This course satisfies the NAR mandatory requirement for membership renewal. The class provides 3 hours of Continuing Education Credits. The Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® and NAR requires its members to take the class every three years. LBAR sends information to their members reminding them of this requirement. REALTORS are required to complete FAIR Housing/Anti-Bias training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. This NAR requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training. Qualified training must be of not less than 2 hours of instructional time. This requirement was implemented by NAR on January 1, 2025 and the current cycle 8 ends on December 31, 2027. The class offers 2 hours of Continuing Education Credits.
