Robert Proctor

A lifelong resident of Loveland, I began my working career at Hewlett Packard before transitioning to real estate in 2002. Since then, I’ve gained broad experience across the industry—starting in a large firm, moving to an independent brokerage, and ultimately starting my own real estate company in 2005.

I’ve been actively involved with LBAR, serving as Board President and contributing to various committees, including Golf, Finance, and Government Affairs. Outside the profession, I stay connected to the community through my church, having completed more than 15 mission trips both domestically and internationally. I was also a proud member of the Optimist Club, a local service organization assisting in clubs organization, fund raisers, and activities for local children.

I’m committed to bringing seasoned insight and a strong sense of service to the LBAR board and our real estate community.
