Patty Johnson

Having lived in Colorado my entire life, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to purchase a home, especially as a single mother. This experience, coupled with my own children’s concerns about homeownership, ignited a passion in me: to ensure every child has a place to call home, a place to create lasting memories. My seven grandchildren, all fourth-generation Bronco fans, further reinforce this belief in the importance of home.

Since winning Rookie of the Year for LBAR in 2015, I’ve dedicated myself to my career and to giving back to the community. I’ve volunteered with organizations like Sierra’s Race, Donate Life, and Obesity Awareness International, and have mentored young single women. Supporting small businesses is another passion of mine, which is why I proudly serve as Chair for The Independent Brokers Group.

LBAR is a phenomenal Board, and in my 11 years as a REALTOR, I’ve learned a great deal. I am eager to contribute my knowledge and experience to continue making LBAR an exceptional resource for our members, affiliates, and our beloved community, including members from large, small, and independent brokerages.
