Christine Renee Gwinnup

I’m Christine Gwinnup, a Colorado Realtor®, listing specialist, marketing strategist, and former educator. After spending 23 years in the classroom, I brought that same passion for communication, advocacy, and helping others grow into real estate.

I’ve built my business by thinking differently, sharing what I learn, and creating opportunities for agents and local business owners to connect. As an active agent, I understand the realities of today’s market and the challenges our members face.

I’m running for the Board of Directors because Realtors® deserve leadership that listens, communicates clearly, and turns good ideas into meaningful action. I will bring an educator’s heart, an active agent’s perspective, fresh thinking, and the courage to ask thoughtful—even difficult—questions.

Most importantly, I’m willing to listen, speak up, collaborate, and do the work. It would be an honor to represent our membership.
