Hello, I’m April Neuhaus, and I found a lot of satisfaction in being a steadfast support to the community. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been assisting homeowners during the last recession. I specialized in short sales and foreclosure prevention, ensuring that those facing financial hardships felt supported and empowered to move forward with dignity and renewed optimism.
Currently, I also find great joy in volunteering with Neighbor 2 Neighbor, where I have the privilege of guiding homebuyers towards sustainable living choices. It’s rewarding to help people find their dream homes while also encouraging environmental & economic consciousness.
My commitment to improving housing conditions extends to my role on the Homeowner Advisory Board for the state of Colorado. Collaborating with various non-profit organizations, we work to stabilize living conditions for families across the state, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Presently, I am part of an incredible team of 14 brokers who share the same vision of prioritizing others’ well-being in the real estate industry. Working together, we provide unparalleled support, counsel, and care to our clients, making their dreams of homeownership a reality as their advocates and educators.
I look forward to bringing my optimism and solutions driven approach to the Board to address whatever challenges come up this next term.
