Hi, I’m Amilyn Stange, a REALTOR® with C3 Real Estate Solutions serving Loveland and the greater Northern Colorado market.

Before real estate, I worked in banking and as a paralegal specializing in real estate and estate planning — experience that shaped the way I serve clients today with strong attention to contracts, communication, and guiding through major life transitions with care and clarity.

I have called Northern Colorado home for nearly 30 years, including 14 years in Loveland’s Boyd Lake area. My community involvement includes serving as the Homeward Bound Coordinator for Shine Pantry, helping connect low-income, immobile, and homebound community members with food and household pantry access. I am also active in my church, local neighborhood, and school.

I am running for the LBAR Board because I care deeply about our profession, our community, and the value REALTORS® bring when we lead with professionalism, integrity, and service. I would be honored to bring a thoughtful, collaborative, and hardworking voice to support our members and help strengthen our Association.
