Sarah Warnock

I have been a member of LBAR since 2003 and have always been heavily involved in LBAR and have held several positions on the Board of Directors for many years. I was President of LBAR in 2018 and earned the Realtor of the Year Award. I’ve been a CAR Director from 2019 – 2025 and was awarded the President’s award in 2023. I am also the co-chair of LBAR’s Government Affairs Committee. I’m an agent with RE/MAX Alliance in Loveland where I have consistently earned the Platinum Club Award and 100% Club. I’m also part of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

I am very involved in the community. I am  the Vice Chair of the Loveland Planning Commission, President of the Pulliam Community Building Foundation, and a mentor for at risk youth through a program at my church called Kids Hope USA to name a few. I am passionate about the Loveland community, LBAR, the real estate industry and the agents involved in it. It would be an honor for me to serve LBAR’s membership at the state level for 3 more years.
