2020 Affiliate of the Year

    1. A committee of three, the immediate past "Affiliate of the Year," the Chair, and the Chair-elect of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®, shall choose the winner of the annual award for the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year. The Chair-elect shall act as the Chairperson of this Committee.
    2. The award can be presented to an individual, or individual and their company.
    3. It shall be the responsibility of the Chair-elect to present this award at the annual installation of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®.
    4. It shall be the responsibility of the committee to solicit from the general membership including all affiliates, the names of any nominees under the following criteria.

    The following shall be the criteria for selecting the Affiliate of the Year for the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®:

    1. Candidates for the award must be Affiliate members of The Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS®, in accordance with the Bylaws of the said Association with all dues and fees currently paid, as provided hereunder.
    2. Candidate will be selected by the committee based on character qualities and performance record to include:
      • Outstanding service to the membership of the LBAR by virtue of exceptional performance in his, her, or their job area.
      • Personal professional integrity in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the LBAR.
      • Active and meaningful participation on committees of the LBAR, by which the candidate has made some notable contribution to the direction of the LBAR.
      • In general, the winning candidate should have demonstrated an attitude of concerned giving to the Loveland-Berthoud Community; and especially to the real estate industry in the Loveland-Berthoud area.
      • Leadership qualities, which have set an example for his, her, or their co-workers and for others in the real estate field.
      • Significant participation in the civic life of Loveland-Berthoud as evidence by memberships in volunteer civic improvement service clubs and professional societies.
      • Demonstrated interest in furthering his or her own career opportunities and personal depth by taking courses in the real estate field or by taking advantage of educational opportunities in other fields.
